Our responsibility.

Under a managed leasing model, NETHOLD registers and holds the domain on your behalf via Cloudflare Registrar. You have exclusive use of the domain throughout your contract term. Crucially, our service agreement includes a domain transfer-out guarantee — if you ever leave NETHOLD, you are entitled to a full transfer of the domain to any registrar of your choice. Your domain is yours.

After your initial 12-month minimum term, you can terminate with the notice period specified in your service agreement. On termination, we will initiate a domain transfer to any registrar you specify at no charge. We'll also provide you with all the relevant DNS records you had in place, so your website and email continue without interruption.

Absolutely not. That's the whole point. You simply tell us your domain name, choose a plan, sign the agreement, and set up your Direct Debit. We handle every technical aspect — registration, DNS, SSL, security configuration, and renewals — from start to finish.

All NETHOLD services run exclusively on Cloudflare — one of the world's leading DNS and web security providers. We chose Cloudflare for its reliability, its global network, its at-cost domain registrar pricing, and its robust security features including DDoS mitigation and WAF. It's the same infrastructure used by millions of businesses worldwide.

NETHOLD bills monthly via GoCardless Direct Debit. Once you've signed your service agreement, we'll send you a GoCardless mandate to complete online — a quick and secure process. Payments are taken automatically each month, and you'll receive an email notification before each collection.
